Hunter Safety Group Launches SHAPE
Hunter Group has launched SHAPE, a new organisational performance framework designed to help leadership teams understand what is really driving performance across their organisation.
SHAPE officially launches at the HSE Learning Summit UK, where Hunter Group is joining senior leaders and industry experts to discuss the future of safety, leadership and organisational performance.
Developed through Hunter’s experience working alongside leadership teams across complex and safety critical industries, SHAPE reflects a clear belief: lasting improvement is not achieved through processes and systems alone.
Whether the focus is safety, leadership, operational performance or long-term growth, results are shaped by the conditions leaders create every day.
Katie Hunter, Managing Director at Hunter Group, said:
“We often start conversations with leaders around safety performance, but it quickly becomes clear that the barriers are not always specific to safety. They are often rooted much deeper in the organisation. SHAPE has been developed to help leadership teams understand those challenges properly, rather than treating communication, accountability, collaboration or leadership behaviours as isolated issues.”
The SHAPE framework helps leadership teams explore the conditions that influence performance, including culture, leadership, capability and how work is experienced across the organisation.
Rather than introducing another improvement programme, SHAPE provides a practical way to identify hidden barriers, strengthen organisational capability and build stronger organisations from the inside out.
Katie continued:
“The journey will be different for every organisation, which is why the first step is always to understand what is really happening. That is the purpose of the Sense stage within SHAPE. It gives leaders the insight they need before deciding where to focus and what action to take. We are excited to introduce SHAPE and support more organisations in creating the conditions for people, teams and performance to thrive.”
