2025 - Success Starts with Safety
To kick off 2025, Hunter held a 2-day team conference aimed at fostering collaboration, innovation, and strategic planning for the year ahead.
Throughout the two days, team members participated in interactive sessions, shared best practices, and brainstormed new ideas.
Day 1 kicked off with the Hunter Plans for 2025. We then discussed our mission, vision, and values for the upcoming year and undertook Safety Leadership training. At the end of the day we presented the team with a challenge to complete before we enjoyed a delightful team dinner at ‘The Motorist.’
Day 2 began with breakfast, accompanied by Essential Training sessions for some of the team. This transitioned into additional workshops, where we exchanged best practices and shared our ideas and insights to support the business in the year ahead.
The event was closed by our Managing Director Katie Hunter, setting the stage for an exciting and prosperous 2025. As we move forward, Hunter remains committed to excellence, innovation, and creating global safety standards with our clients. The energy and enthusiasm from the workshop were palpable, and it set a positive tone for the initiatives we plan to undertake. Our focus on collaboration helped to ensure that each team member's voice was heard, fostering a culture where creativity and problem-solving thrive.

With a strong foundation built on trust, expertise, and dedication, we are poised to achieve even greater success.
